Robbie, Jeffrey and Chase did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very professional, and got the installation done in a timely manner. They also made sure that my carpeting was protected and left no trace that work had been done. Great crew!

I've used Automatic Air Conditioning-Heating-Plumbing for several years at two houses. I've always had excellent service with friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable people. They are prompt and take the time to explain all services and repairs needed. They are always on time and come within a day of calling. They call me to schedule my repetitive services so I don't have to remember. A company this well run is a demonstration of leadership, professionalism and customer service from bottom to the top.
James Voyles was a very knowledgeable technician. He serviced my boiler system. He took time to explain how a boiler heat system works. Then when my boiler suddenly stopped working, he came out, diagnosed and corrected the issue. I was very thankful, as it was very cold and late in the evening on a Friday when the boiler went out and customer service initially stated they couldn't get to me until Monday…but after they called James, he came right over and serviced the boiler so we wouldn't have to be cold all weekend!!
Automatic came out within 24 hours to address our boiler issues. James , our technician was great! He knows his boilers and was thorough and courteous! Highly satisfied!
