We had excellent service installing our new hvac unit. Anthony, Steve, Chase, Eric and Vihn were all very knowledgeable and courteous. Looking forward to doing business with Automatic in the years to come.
Tristian was my technician this morning to service my heater. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions all of my questions. I have been with Automated for 6 years and every technician that has been absolutely professional.

Blayze was our technician; he arrived early for our appointment and quickly determined what the issue was. He had our mini split unit operating properly rather fast!! He informed us what the issue was, how he resolved it and what to do if it happens again. I have been using Automatic Air for many years. They installed a brand new air-conditioning unit about 10 years ago and have been doing preventive maintenance for the last 10. I really like getting that text message that a technician is in route and they're always on time. Their technicians are always professional and knowledgeable, but I have to give a special thanks to Cameron Elder. He was able to teach me something about air filters and I'm very appreciative. Thank you!
