Absolutely the best service and customer service that I have ever received. I generally don't write reviews, I feel a company is supposed to do what they say and I am supposed to pay them on time, but Automatic has gone above and beyond. We had multiple AC/Heat pumps installed as well as a Mini split in a guest house. Throughout the process the crews were professional, on time and knowledgeable of all aspects of the installation. We ended up having issues with the Mini split but like a lot of AC/Heat issues they happened in extreme temperatures and not during normal use but Automatic kept troubleshooting and working with Carrier to identify the real cause. In the end Automatic was able to show Carrier that the units themselves had a flaw and worked with Carrier to remedy the issues. As a retired and disabled veteran I have had and multiple medical procedures in my time dealing with Automatic and never once did I feel pressured to delay care waiting for the unit to malfunction and give me the gotcha moment to complain. They encouraged me to care for myself and assured me that they would be with us until the unit worked properly. While they probably could have drawn warranty and contractual deadlines Automatic stayed with us until the job was complete to our satisfaction. Today pricing seems to be about the same across the board since companies can see competitor's pricing and quickly match it. True value today comes with peace of mind that the company will stand by their work and their products and I feel that Automatic does to the point that I have had them put in a water heater and have a quote tomorrow for more service. A big thanks to Sam and Bill for the continued support and to Robbie and Jeffery for their professionalism and genuine concern that the job was done right even if we couldn't do it the first time.

I woke up to a broken water heater which had been slowly pouring water into my basement, flooding it overnight. When I called Automatic Air Conditioning at 7am, they were able to get a technician out within the hour. The water heater was broken, and the pipe feeding it also had a non-functioning shut-off valve.

Not only did my technician immediately diagnose the problem, he was able to get additional crew with a new water heater and parts within the hour. They spent several hours installing the new water heater (which, in my very old house, also meant moving its location, running new pipes, new venting, and creating a framework to support it in order to bring everything up to code).

We have a membership with the preventative maintenance plan and ended up saving a lot of money on this job. I'm so grateful for the 24-hour service line which let me get a technician out asap, and for the great, thorough work they did. They explained everything they were doing before it was done, and made sure to walk me through everything when they were finished, and were courteous and respectful of my home. They did not try to up-sell me on anything. They honored the initial quote despite the several repairs necessary to install it properly. I couldn't have had a better experience and will recommend to friends!

Great service Cameron & Frank are the best. Called and in this mess in Shelby County the snow/ice they were here the next day and fixed the following day had to get parts my heat was a mess. Thanks Automatic great job!!!!!
