James Voyles was outstanding. He arrived right on time today to fix my AC, quickly diagnosed the issue, and focused on finding the right solution rather than trying to sell me a new unit. He even came up with clever and much-needed way to fix an issue that has made filter installation in my old home's floor return such a headache! After years of dealing with technicians who seemed more interested in replacement sales than repairs, it was such a relief to work with someone as knowledgeable, honest, and practical as James. My experience was so positive that I signed up for a maintenance plan before he left. James is a tremendous asset to Automatic, and I highly recommend both him and Automatic to anyone looking for prompt, trustworthy, high-quality HVAC service/repair.

Automatic Air Conditioning put in a new unit in yesterday while I was home. Anthony Steve & Frank were very professional and kind. They explained everything that we needed to know about the unit and finished quicker than I expected it would take. The office staff is very polite and professional as well for spoke to them regarding payment options. I definitely recommend Automatic Air Conditioning.

Anthony, Steve and Eric did an amazing job! They were timely, efficient and everything was done perfectly. They cleaned up and vacuumed the steps before they left which was an amazing touch! Smooth process from the initial estimate appointment to install! Pricing was very fair compared to big brands and other local companies. The initial appointment was very informative/educational which I appreciated as I didn't know much. Overall great experience!
