My experience with the company has been great. The tech that come out are very knowledgeable and provide good information about the situation at hand.
We had A/C issues not blowing any cold air back in April, and we haven't had ANY issues since. Blayze came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, got the parts needed, and had it fixed within a few hours. And even made suggestions for the future upkeep. When youre making an investment in your home repair, you want to make sure its done right and Im happy to say then and now after almost 6 months later this company was the right one to trust.
James Voyles was outstanding. He arrived right on time today to fix my AC, quickly diagnosed the issue, and focused on finding the right solution rather than trying to sell me a new unit. He even came up with clever and much-needed way to fix an issue that has made filter installation in my old home's floor return such a headache! After years of dealing with technicians who seemed more interested in replacement sales than repairs, it was such a relief to work with someone as knowledgeable, honest, and practical as James. My experience was so positive that I signed up for a maintenance plan before he left. James is a tremendous asset to Automatic, and I highly recommend both him and Automatic to anyone looking for prompt, trustworthy, high-quality HVAC service/repair.

Anthony, Chris, Steve,and Chase arrived early this .morning and began working g on a complete new hvac unit!
I am proud to say at 4:30 it is getting cool and .my heat works too....Automatic has been my go to company for several years...they are the best

Automatic Air Conditioning put in a new unit in yesterday while I was home. Anthony Steve & Frank were very professional and kind. They explained everything that we needed to know about the unit and finished quicker than I expected it would take. The office staff is very polite and professional as well for spoke to them regarding payment options. I definitely recommend Automatic Air Conditioning.
