Dear Mr. Mullins:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your prompt assistance in replacing the HVAC system in my 50-year-old residence. The A/C unit 'died' at the end of August and the heating unit 'died' on November 30th in one of the coldest weeks this year. At age 82, I wasn't sure how I would be able to afford a replacement. I contacted Cameron (I am a friend of his mother-in-law) and he immediately began to work on the problem. Two young men showed up promptly with all the equipment and worked steadily all day to ensure I would have heat that evening. Cameron also stopped by to check on the progress.
I have owned this home since 1984 and had many service people in and out over the years. The polite efficiency of your employees is far and above any I have ever experienced. I will definitely recommend your company to others and will give you a call if any other problems develop at my home. Again, thank you for your thoughtful and generous assistance.
