I had a great experience with Technician James Voyles. He was on time and was able to find a shorted wire that had shut the system down. He repaired this and then cleaned the condensing coils. The unit was a little low on coolant so he added more as well. He has 35 years of experience and I enjoyed the stories and interaction. We have used Gary Duncan for years and he has now retired and is working inside at automatic helping in a new way. Thank you to Gary for connecting us so quickly and getting all of this done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Automatic, James, and Gary and thank Sharon for setting this up so fast !!

This business is AMAZING! They put in a new HVAC system in our house in one day while I was home, and I honestly expected it to take longer. They were all respectful and polite, and explained everything they were doing in a way that I, a woman who is not mechanically inclined, could tell my husband at work so that he understood what I was saying. As a woman living in a larger city, it can sometimes be stressful trying to find a business with employees that you can feel at ease with working in your home, so I would like to say that I felt completely safe during this entire process. Anthony, Steve, Robbie, and Jeffrey saved our summer! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with their HVAC system!
Automatic installed my full house generator several years ago & preformed the yearly maintenance ever since. Robbie, Hunter & Billy are just so professional & polite! They take care of everything & advise you of what has been done. Highly recommend Automatic & this team of experts!!
Well, well, well, what can I say about Automatic Company. Anthony, Steve, Chase and Ashby came to my house replaced the whole HVAC system. They were so professional, polite and understanding. I recommend Automatic.
It was a great experience: Their expert, Dustin Wood, came over as scheduled, listened to our problems, and then gave a great explanation and advice on how to go about achieving our objectives. This included a couple of different ways to get things done as well as practical advice on taking care of some minor fix-it-yourself things. Before leaving he gave us the requested quotes, which appear to be quite reasonable considering the scope of work.
Wesley Hall did an annual service today for summer air conditioning. He was extremely professional and did a wonderful job job. He went the extra mile mile to make sure all 3 of my systems were working perfectly ! Highly recommended !!!
