Wesley was wonderful, came out and fixed our shop A/C the same day!
I cannot say enough great things about Blayze Matley! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and had an outstanding attitude. He listened carefully to the issues I was having with my AC and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, explained everything clearly, and even showed me each step he was taking to repair my unit. Also, provided recommendations in real time.
What impressed me most was that Blayze genuinely takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping his customers. As a fairly new homeowner (which is definitely not for the weak! ????), I'm always a little nervous about being taken advantage of or paying for unnecessary repairs. Instead of trying to upsell me a new unit, Blayze took the time to troubleshoot every possible solution first to eliminate unnecessary expenses. That honesty and integrity meant so much to me.
He built great rapport, made me feel comfortable, and earned my trust through his knowledge, professionalism, and transparency. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Anthony, Steve, Chase, Jeffrey, and Eric from Automatic Air did an outstanding job installing two AC/furnaces on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. This is the best plumbing and HVAC company in the midsouth. Had a vacuum breaker that needed to be removed from the spighot and had previously contacted another local company here in Olive Branch; the other company came out and was quick to point out they were unable to remove it. And they charged me $67 just for stopping by. In contrast, 15 minutes after Fredy G. from Automatic Air & Plumbing arrived on site, the task was completed. Instead of looking for an excuse not to do it, he analyzed, chose the best course of action, and quickly resolved the issue. Customer service was superb as well as the lady that answered the phone and did the scheduling was just as wonderful. Many thanks!
Fast appointment. Tech arrived on time, was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Unit is running quieter and cooling better than it has in a while.

Had another company come and quote us to have to get another unit. Hunter was honest, but cleaned our unit replaced several parts and check levels before hitting us with a massive coat to replace. His focus was to help fix and get through summer not fully up-sale to a replacement unit. Will be using automatic from now on!
