Quick response, on time for appointment, very polite technicians, explained everything to me, kept everything clean, careful not to let my cats outside, and overall a good experience. They replaced my air conditioning unit upstairs with a new one.
Exceptional communication by Gary Duncan, Chris Lewellen, Dustin Wood and all of the other guys. I'm sorry I don't remember their names. I was sick from some new medicine I was taking and didn't get out of my recliner the entire day. They were very respectful not to bother me too much.
Quick, efficient service. Blayne and Tristan came out same day and quickly assessed and repaired the issue. Explanations were clear and options were available. Would call again!
On 8-8-25 three nice young men installed 2 mini splits in my home....they were well mannered and well versed in the complete installation. Anthony, Chase and Steve are amazing. They arrived on time. They installed a New inside air unit and outside unit. They were very professional. Worked quietly. They were very knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned their work area and we were very satisfied.

Update: the condenser made it through the hot months but then stopped working. Automatic was quick to respond and replaced the entire outside unit promptly without any fuss. Thank you.
We also had Robbie do some electrical updates. He was professional and things looked good.
