Great customer service! Kim assisted me and is an excellent ambassador for Automatic. Freddy and his associate were early and polite. They were able to assess my outdoor water leakage to the newly installed irrigation system and not a pipe leakage to my home. The technicians were early and thorough. I use Automatic for heat and air and plumbing. Thank you all
Wesley is the kind of serviceman you feel good about coming into your home. Once he located access to the areas he needed, he quietly went about his work; efficiently carrying out his duty. I was busy on the computer and almost forgot he was here! Afterwards he politely reported his findings and was on his way. I am happy to leave him a 5-star review.

Amazing company! I had them come out to check my A/C that was not working, upon investigation they realized it was an error they had made when installing our new furnace. Wesley fixed the problem and didn't charge me a thing. Filed the visit under warranty. Wesley was so kind and honest. Recommend this honest company to everyone!

We had a new HVAC system installed today 3/26/26. Final proposal to final installation was quick! Robbie, Jeffrey, Eric, and Vihn knew exactly what to do. They all did a great job and we are confident that we will enjoy A/C and heat for years to come. And thank you for answering all of our questions!
