Could not be more satisfied with the quality of both the products and services! Had a new A/C system installed (planned), but discovered a different issue (after I asked the service guy to look at something I discovered) that needed attention. The service personnel who did the work—Robbie, Eric, and Jeffrey for the A/C and Dustin and Freddie who fixed the newly discovered plumbing issue—were thoroughly professional and friendly. Each understands the meaning of customer service. I believe they over-delivered on these projects! I've used this company for work on another house and was thoroughly satisfied, so I called them for this job. I highly recommend this company!!
Wesley has been to our home multiple times to do our AC maintenance and this time to fix our AC after it went out. He discovered that the fan motor had gone out on one of the hottest days of summer. He drove up to Memphis to get the part we needed and drove back to our home to install it same day even with all of his other appointments. Would highly recommend Wesley and Automatic Air to anyone!
They do our bi-annual service and have also done repair for us when needed. They are always professional, prompt and affordable. Wesley and James have always been great!
I cannot praise Automatic Air enough! True old fashioned customer service and care. My air conditioner stopped working on Friday afternoon and within two hours I had a technician at my home working on the repair. James Voyles provided incredible service and was kind, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs to me.
I am so glad my friend recommended that I call Automatic Air.
I had already been told they were "the best" and now I have seen it myself!
From my first phone call to schedule service to just a few hours later having everything repaired and working great, Automatic Air was wonderful!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service…. every time I have called about services they have been more than accommodating and very friendly… Good prices and technicians have done Outstanding Work. Hats off to Landon the young man who came out today in the 100 degree temps and smiled the whole time and was very Polite…. It just seems like the old mom and pop business we all miss. I will tell everyone I know who needs your service to contact you!

I wish I could give 10 ??. My elderly dad's air conditioner stopped working Sunday. I reached out to Automatic Air and within a short time, dad's a/c was working again. Hunter was kind and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went to work. Aimee was professional and kind as well on the phone. We know who we will call from now own.
If I could give them more stars I would. First had a technician Cameron Elder come out to hopefully fix a leak in AC he was super nice and very thorough. Turns out it was bigger than I thought. We ended up having the whole system replaced. AC Furnace and Hot water tank. Salesman Chris Lewellen gave us a great proposal with lots of options to choose. Even more I can't thank the installation crew enough for their hard work hitting some snags since my house was built in the late 1940s they went above and beyond. From start to finish speaking with the office, technicians, and salesman Automatic gets an A+
New AC install. Anthony, Steve and Chase were great. On time, profesional and tidy. They kept the area cleaned, did a thorough job and explained everything they had done clearly as well as follow up maintenance. So thankful. Highly recommend!
