Had another company come and quote us to have to get another unit. Hunter was honest, but cleaned our unit replaced several parts and check levels before hitting us with a massive coat to replace. His focus was to help fix and get through summer not fully up-sale to a replacement unit. Will be using automatic from now on!

Dustin Wood came out today to clean our drain which has been causing us problems for months. We could not get the assistance we needed from the City of Memphis, our home warranty company or Conway.
