New AC install. Anthony, Steve and Chase were great. On time, profesional and tidy. They kept the area cleaned, did a thorough job and explained everything they had done clearly as well as follow up maintenance. So thankful. Highly recommend!
Customer service was great! Freddie and Dustin were knowledgeable and fixed our problem. They were prompt and courteous.
I had a great experience with Automatic Air from beginning to end. This was probably a month and a half or two month process for me while I was deciding what I wanted to do, and nobody ever rushed me or made me feel pressured.
Christopher Lewellan came out, looked everything over, and gave me a few different quotes and options. He was super nice and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I also spoke with the owner, Sam Mullins, on the phone a few times, and he was always helpful and willing to answer whatever questions I had.
What I appreciated most was that it never really felt like anyone was trying to sell me. They weren't pushing me toward the most expensive option or acting like I needed to make a decision right away. They just gave me the information, told me what my options were, and let me decide what made the most sense. With HVAC stuff, most people really don't know enough to tell whether they're being taken advantage of, so that meant a lot to me.
Robbie and Chase installed the new unit, and they were both great. They were friendly from the second they got here, talked with me for a little bit, and did a great job. Once they finished, they took me up there and showed me what they had done, explained what everything was for, and gave me some honest advice on maintaining it and keeping everything running the way it should.
Honestly, everyone I dealt with was friendly and informative, from the first service technician, to Christopher, to Sam, and then Robbie and Chase. The whole process felt more like they were trying to help me make the right decision than trying to make a sale. I'd definitely recommend them.
Everyone was on time very professional, and even went the extra mile by vacuuming when they got through. Anthony Steve and Chase we're fantastic and will not hesitate to use them again in the future
My experience with Automatic was amazing from beginning to end. First, I truly enjoying being greeted by actual person when calling to make my appointment. I was already frazzled since my AC was not working - during these hot Memphis summer days- and being able to talk to someone truly put my feelings at ease. The customer service that I was greeted with by Sam, who turned out to the owner, was truly noteworthy in the best way. Even better I was able to make an appointment for that day - which I know may not always be the case. The technicican who came out, Hunter, was just exemplifed the same quality customer service as Sam. He clearly commnicated with me the issue and was luckily able to resolve that day. I was so pleased with the service I even booked a maintanence too! I will definitely be using Automatic again!
I had an excellent experience with Technician, James Voyles, at Automatic Air Conditioning. From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and courteous. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without any pressure.
The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC has been working perfectly ever since. It's refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about Blayze Matley! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and had an outstanding attitude. He listened carefully to the issues I was having with my AC and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, explained everything clearly, and even showed me each step he was taking to repair my unit. Also, provided recommendations in real time.
What impressed me most was that Blayze genuinely takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping his customers. As a fairly new homeowner (which is definitely not for the weak! ????), I'm always a little nervous about being taken advantage of or paying for unnecessary repairs. Instead of trying to upsell me a new unit, Blayze took the time to troubleshoot every possible solution first to eliminate unnecessary expenses. That honesty and integrity meant so much to me.
He built great rapport, made me feel comfortable, and earned my trust through his knowledge, professionalism, and transparency. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
