We cannot recommend Aromatic Air Conditioning enough! James Voyles provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was kind, courteous, professional, and truly fabulous at what he does. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had our air conditioning fixed in a timely manner. It's hard to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. If you need HVAC work done, ask for James—you'll be in great hands. Both the technicians, Mr. Freddie and Mr. Brandon seemed to be experts, specially I was impressed with Mr. Brandon who very skillfully detected the exact location of the hose-balloon which was stuck in the kitchen vent. They executed the work very professionally, and above all they honored my request for economical pricing which was also approved by the company. Thank you for your truly professional service.
