Dustin Wood came out today to clean our drain which has been causing us problems for months. We could not get the assistance we needed from the City of Memphis, our home warranty company or Conway. Dustin came out and was determined to help us with the problem and he was thorough and very informative. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the service before leaving. We truly appreciate Automatic as a company and will use them again.

AC/HVAC maintenance service - James Voyles serviced both of my AC units. He did a thorough job cleaning the condensers compared to previous companies I've used. I also appreciated he did not seem rushed and explained details of how everything works.
