If the job requires a drop cloth, they put it down and cover the flooring too from the door without prompting. Always very respectful to us when discussing the issue and our property. I recently used Automatic Air Conditioning and Plumbing for the first time for routine maintenance of my HVAC system and tankless water heater, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Hunter and Fredy were both marvelous. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did their jobs perfectly. Kim was extremely sweet and helpful as well, making the reservation process quick and easy.

After 11 years with another HVAC company, I decided it was time for a change due to repeated misleading sales pitches and unexpected extra charges. I'm glad I switched to Automatic Air Conditioning and Plumbing.

Could not be more satisfied with the quality of both the products and services! Had a new A/C system installed (planned), but discovered a different issue (after I asked the service guy to look at something I discovered) that needed attention. The service personnel who did the work—Robbie, Eric, and Jeffrey for the A/C and Dustin and Freddie who fixed the newly discovered plumbing issue—were thoroughly professional and friendly. Each understands the meaning of customer service. I believe they over-delivered on these projects! I've used this company for work on another house and was thoroughly satisfied, so I called them for this job. I highly recommend this company!!

Wesley has been to our home multiple times to do our AC maintenance and this time to fix our AC after it went out. He discovered that the fan motor had gone out on one of the hottest days of summer. He drove up to Memphis to get the part we needed and drove back to our home to install it same day even with all of his other appointments. Would highly recommend Wesley and Automatic Air to anyone!

I cannot praise Automatic Air enough! True old fashioned customer service and care. My air conditioner stopped working on Friday afternoon and within two hours I had a technician at my home working on the repair. James Voyles provided incredible service and was kind, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs to me.
I am so glad my friend recommended that I call Automatic Air.
I had already been told they were "the best" and now I have seen it myself!
From my first phone call to schedule service to just a few hours later having everything repaired and working great, Automatic Air was wonderful!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service…. every time I have called about services they have been more than accommodating and very friendly… Good prices and technicians have done Outstanding Work. Hats off to Landon the young man who came out today in the 100 degree temps and smiled the whole time and was very Polite…. It just seems like the old mom and pop business we all miss.
