Today was my time using Automatic and my experience was GREAT !! I first spoke with the owner Sam, he was very polite and helpful. Cameron did a great job when he came out. He was able to fix the issues that I was having and answered any questions that I had with no problem. They have great team, I can tell that there is AMAZING LEADERSHIP in place. It most definitely shows. They are also very affordable. I will most definitely be using their services again. They've won a repeat customer !!! So if you're looking for someone to service your HVAC, plumbing, or electrical needs… Look no further, you want be disappointed. Thanks for an Amazing experience Automatic
I won't use anyone else in Memphis for HVAC! The office is so helpful when you call and the technicians are great! They are on time, make sure that they understand the real problem with your HVAC, and are very considerate of your home and keeping it clean while they work. I use their service where they check your system before winter and before summer and the peace of mind of knowing that the system is maintain right is just priceless. I recommend them every time I hear of someone having HVAC issues.

Automatic Air installed our new HVAC unit back in May of this year. I was impressed by everyone that came out. Every one of them was professional, hardworking, and patient as they answered our questions. This is the first time I have worked with a company where each individual was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone I know and am happy my neighbor referred them to us. I cannot remember everyone's names but I can thank the ones I do remember …shout out to Steven, Anthony, Frank, and Billy. To the rest of their team, my heartfelt gratitude. Always been impressed with Automatic. From new install to yearly maintenance they always have the right people and do the job the right way. Even when finding an issue they corrected it without question.

They quickly return your calls, offer practically immediate repair appointments, send knowledgeable, kind repair-persons who offer detailed information about your current issues, then give you the opportunity to make whatever decision you would like regarding how to move forward. I have had good experiences with Auto Htg & Air for many years. When I lived in Germantown, they installed new, dual Htg & A/C. Now that I live in Olive Branch, I called them when my old A/C went bad. They did an excellent installation. Today, Wes Hall came to do my summertime inspection and cleaning. Wes was qualified, friendly and on-time. It is important to have your A/C inspected and cleaned on a regular schedule. The A/C will have fewer problems and have a longer life span. Very important in the hot summertime.
