Cody came out to the house earlier today for a maintenance inspection and made everything very easy to understand for those who may be unfamiliar with HVAC functionality/terminology. James Voyles did an excellent job servicing our heater! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed with making sure the heater units were serviced properly! Freddy, the plumbing technician, also came a few days prior and provided these excellent qualities as well!
Wesley was excellent- he came out to service our upstairs unit this morning. He did a great job and was so polite! He even noticed we had gas logs in the fireplace and asked if we knew Automatic also does maintenance on those.
Dustin Wood is awesome. Dude came out on the Sunday before Thanksgiving--just an hour after we called--and fixed several leaks from under our sink where water was gushing. Replaced several valves & lines and had us patched up & ready to host friends for dinner in just a couple of hours. Not only knew his stuff, but was also a super friendly guy. Gave me some good tips about maintenance too. Thanks Dustin!
