Had a new unit installed, the folks from Automatic HVAC were professional and did a great job on the installation and explanation of the new unit. This is my second HVAC with this company.
Chris was very easy to talk to and explained my situation in ways that I could understand.
They were excellent to work with. Would highly recommend
I needed a complete new system and Automatic Air Coditioning, Heating and Plumbing did a fantastic job. From the new ductwork all the way to the inside and outside units they were timely and courteous and got me up and running. They also do plumbing so I know who I will be calling in the future. They didn't leave until everything was running perfectly and even called the next day to make sure I was happy with what they did. They deserve way more than 5 stars !!!
Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing recently installed a new hot water heater for me. Jared and Brian did a wonderful job! They were so nice and very thoughtful. I called the company with my problem, and they were out the next day to do the installation. Everyone I spoke to at Automatic was so nice and professional. This is an excellent company! I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately had a major failure on my AC and decided to replace the entire system since it was 12 years old. After getting several quotes I felt like Automatic had the best value for the cost. They did an awesome job. Took all the precautions to keep from making a mess or damaging any floors or walls as they removed and installed equipment. They worked fast and got us back up and running in just a few hours. Highly recommend!
We had two different plumbers out attempting to fix a stubborn clog and were told we would have to break the slab to fix the issue. We then called Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing who sent out Dustin and Chris within 24 hours. They were able to fix the issue without cutting into the slab, saving us thousands. So impressed with their knowledge and hard work. 10/10 recommend!
Unable to keep pilot light lit on a 7 year old 75 gallon water heater. Th unit was located in the attic above the second floor. Jared was team leader with 3 associates. They were able to find and pickup a new 75 gallon water heater, which are in short supply like everything else. it took them all to get the old water heater down and the new one back up. There were very careful in the moving the water heaters without doing any damage. The installation was thorough without any messes. The new water heater was installed according to the newer Shelby County Code requirements and easily passed inspection. All in all it was a great experience and I would readily use Automatic again if the need arises. In fact, I just referred one of of neighbors yesterday.
On time. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. Went right to the problem and addressed it. We were very pleased with our problem fixed. I would definitely call automatic heating and air. I would give them five stars and give Chase a raise.
