A coworker recommended Automatic when I knew I had at least 1 ruptured pipe after our big freeze in Dec. 2022. Here's how it went from start to finish:
• I filled out their online "Get a Call Back" form and got a confirmation email.
• Kim called, made sure she understood all the info, got me on the schedule for the next day, and let me know I'd get a text when they were on their way. They also sent an email confirming the app't.
• 30 min into my 2-hr window, I got a text giving me the lead plumber's name and letting me know he was on his way.
• When Dustin arrived, he greeted me by name, checked again to make sure he had all the info about the known issue, and gave me a rundown of how they'd proceed.
• At each stage of the process, Dustin let me know what they'd found, what my options were, and what the approx cost would be for each. (He also showed me phone pics of what they were seeing so I didn't need to be a 3rd body in a space built for 1.)
• When everything was taken care of, he walked me again through each repaired item, showed me the work, and—because I'd asked—gave me a heads-up on other items I might want to take care of soon.
• He took payment via app, and I rcvd the itemized invoice immediately.
Note: Accessing this house's crawlspace is NOT a fun thing, and spending a bunch of time in it is, uh, also not a fun thing. For most of this job's 3.5 hrs, 2 guys worked together in that cramped space. A lot of people would've looked at the situation and simply declined to take it on.
Even if this had been a routine job, things couldn't have gone any better from the customer side. Much of the city had been without running water for several days because of water main breaks, and I'm sure nobody at Automatic had a holiday—but they were all super polite and took incredible care with their work. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Dustin and Nick were timely and professional! They quickly assessed the problem and got to work on it. Dustin took the time to explain everything in detail and even communicated with my Husband on Facetime. I'd never heard of this company before now but will refer them to others.
Jared Lott was very knowledgeable and courteous! He explained the process and gave us viable options on how to proceed with our project. I love his honesty and I'm certainly plaining on using him again on a future project...

Chase was very professional and one of the nicest service person that I dealt with. But, I have to give your business credit that every one that you have ever sent have been great.
We use Automatic Air for our business and residential HVAC service. They've been AMAZING!!! They recognized issues with my large business HVAC units that several other service providers, as well as multiple expert engineers missed. They were able to correct these issues and my units have never been working so well. Even before that they've provided such great service and a very reasonable rate. They have a very professional, and personable crew. I'm so glad I found this company! Thank you to Chase and team!
Chase repaired the leak on our AC unit as well as serviced all of our heating and air units. He provided quality and friendly service.
Great team - all honest and trustworthy!

Sept. 2022:
Chris Lewellen came out to help us when our AC died suddenly. We want to thank Chris for being such an excellent person to work with. He's that rare type of salesman that really cares and doesn't ever make you feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain our options and share his vast knowledge. He worked with us to quickly find the best system for our house. We knew we were in great hands with a true professional off the bat. Every one at this company has been amazingly helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for going the extra mile, Chris!!! You made a stressful situation much easier than we would have ever hoped for!!!
Feb. 2021:
The team came out to do a sewer scope. Every staffer I've dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. They even impressed our realtor. I would definitely use them for future plumbing and HVAC needs. Kris went the extra mile and the staff that handle the phones are tremendously helpful and kind!
