My name is Byron. I have a maintenance agreement with Automatic. Cameron came out today to check our furnace. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. These folks do customer service right!
One of the co-owners, Rhonda Mullins, reached out personally just minutes after I left a message to have their office staff set up a time for a tech to come look at my heating unit. They were willing to work with me for the last appointment of the day so that I did not miss much work and I received a text when the tech, Blayze, was on his way to my home. Within 15 minutes, Blayze found the problem was just a simple sensor issue and had my heating unit working again within just a few minutes. Sam, the other co-owner reached out after the issue was resolved as well. Thank you, Sam, Rhonda and Blayze for your quick and courteous response time and excellent service!!!
I don't think I can explain how important it is to have a team on your side like It's Automatic. They have fixed and replaced my AC unit, cleaned service my fireplace, and saved my mother's plumbing. We had other quotes and spoke with other companies. Not only did I save thousands but I had service that was outstanding! Get a quote from someone and then call them, seriously you won't believe it. People just don't care like they do. It's a bunch or real life guys who make things right that are broken and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for all you do for me and everyone I have ever sent your way. They have all thanked me too.
