I had a home I purchased where a previous HVAC contractor did a horrible job in the install and all my duct work in a zoned system was done improperly, causing my house to never properly cool. I went through several contractors to try to identify my problems unsuccessfully for a couple years. Finally, Automatic came in and determined the only way to fix it was to rip out the poorly done original job and do it right the 2nd time. 3 guys in my home for 3 days. They took great care and did the install properly this time. I finally have a home that cools properly!
The repair man was very polite and professional - the job was explained and completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Automatic again.

We recently had our HVAC unit replaced with smart thermostat, along with new light switches, faucet, dishwasher, and toilets installed. Billy Elam with electrical, Kris Ashby and Freddie with plumbing, Chis Lewellen, and Cameron Elder and the entire HVAC team are provided amazing service. They all were very professional, highly skilled, and most importantly personable when the customer is not knowledgeable while providing great communication. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful as well. All services were provided in a very timely manner with great efficiency.
