The whole crew was great, very professional. They did a professional job with the install, and they left our house cleaner than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend Automatic Air Conditioning and Heating, from sales to service.
I needed to improve on house-wide air cleanliness for heating and A/C. Called office to inquire. Within several hours, got a call back from Chris Lewellen, Comfort Consultant. We set up an appointment based on my availability. Chris phoned an hour before to make sure I was still OK with the time. Then he showed up On Time! We discussed my needs. We looked at my existing setup. Then he explained the options, what each would do and cost, what it would involve to install each. Then he gave me his recommendation. It was for the LOWEST costing option, which he felt was all that I needed. Wow! We set an appointment for installation based on my schedule. That should be in 3 days. Great experience, looking forward to the new system.

I want to say that this business and Sam Mullins the owner went far beyond their duty and their professionalism was of a very high standard. Sam and his team of installers are very professional. Being in this type of business myself I can come and this company for the way he does business and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs their air-conditioning and heating needs taken care of. I used Automatic to install two toilets in the spring. When I awoke this morning to my downstairs heat not working, I gave them a call. They responded earlier than they originally thought. Michael, the tech, spotted what was wrong and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. Definitely considering signing up for their preventive maintenance programs he told me about. Would recommend them for all services they provide.
