I came home to a malfunctioning AC unit and made a service call. Mr James Voyles came out within an hour and immediately went to work on troubleshooting the problem. In short order, he was able to find the main problem (condensate pump line plugging) as well as fine tune other issues (cleaning condenser unit and filters) to increase efficiency in this hot weather. He was very personable, extremely informative, and masterful in his troubleshooting ability. Thanks to his efforts, I have found my future AC service company for all future issues.
The fan motor burned up in our air conditioner. I called about getting it repaired. This is the busy season for all HVAC companies. I explained this was an emergency due to the fact that my wife is on oxygen 24/7 due to COPD. Within 30 minutes Wesley the technician was at our house. He diagnosed the problem and had to order the fan motor. Before he left, he help me quickly install a window unit I had on hand. This got us through the night. He was back the next day to install the new motor. Everything is working fine. We will definitely call them with future needs. As a matter of fact we signed up for their Exclusive Members Club which offers many benefits. We highly recommend this company.
We had two new air-conditioning units installed by Automatic and they were fantastic. The crew - Anthony, Steve, Chase, Erin and Vihn were courteous and professional. We could not have asked for a better team to do the install. They explained everything along the way. When they were done, they cleaned up everything almost better than it was when they walked in. We've been using Automatic for several years for our maintenance plan, but was this was the first time we actually needed them for a big project and we are not disappointed. Automatic, you definitely have a customer for life. Thank you all so very much.
Dustin was professional and efficient. He arrived earlier than projected and capably explained the problem, along with potential fixes. He was solution-oriented without being pushy, and he patiently took the time to answer our questions.

Overall very satisfied with Automatic Air and Cameron is a great guy who explains things simply and honestly and does his due diligence to ensure you are back on your feet with either heat or cool air when you need it most. I appreciate their workmanship and honesty. They were able to fix a previously engaged companies major mistakes and negligence and get our system going and now maintaining it year after year. We had an ugly experience with another local company who installed our new system in 2021. Since then we've had nothing but issues but luckily Cameron and the automatic air team have rectified this other companies short comings, mistakes and downright negligence. I only call automatic now when I need service or anything hvac related.
Very helpful, honest and fast to get us out of the heat or cold and getting us up and running again quickly. Thank you Cameron and thank you Automatic. Highly recommend. They originally quoted me on my new system but we were semi forced to go through a "family friend" which I ignored my feelings and went with. I should have went with automatic from the get go. I just had good feelings about their company and employees who came out. We learn from mistakes and I've learned to call automatic first for all hvac related necessities. Thanks again!!

To all, I RARELY do surveys of work quality much less writing reviews. But I wanted to do this one.
Tristian came yesterday (06/04/26) to do the semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He was fabulous! He worked quickly and efficiently with a genuine smile which is becoming more rare as time passes. Even though he didn't have to, he assisted me with a small problem (non-work related) that I was experiencing while he was here. Again, very rare. A few months ago, we purchased the Yearly $189 Maintenance Contract that is offered by Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing and Electric. It covers all HVAC maintenance semi-annual (free) as well as a 20% discount on any other work that they provide.We actually paid for that at the same time that I was scheduling them to to come and scope our sewer pipe through the house down to the street. We expected that we had a leak in our front yard that was secondary to some continued sinking and widening of an animal dig hole. He scoped found 2 areas where the cast iron sewer line in the front lawn. Several pictures were taken showing the actual breaks. And all of the imaging that we were shown came along with easy to understand explanations. Our job was scheduled for replacement, in less than a week. The quote was $8850.00. This included all of the work and supplies, and machinery for the job. And it also included any concrete work repair/replacement related to replacing parts of the sidewalk that needed to be removed. The work was great. The water to the house had to be turned off for only 4-5 hours. And took 2 days for the work in the yard; and another day for the sidewalk repair. Most importantly, due to the $189 Maintenance contract and the 20% discount mentioned above, we saved 1,770.00! And the maintenance work done yesterday? It was free as part of that contract. Everyone, from the front desk, work crews, and repair technicians, we kind and professional at all times. No question goes unanswered. And they were no surprises of additional costs. I have many more things that we need repaired around the house, and as they cover the 3 big costs in owning a home, we recommend them most highly.
