Had Automatic install a Carrier furnace/evaporator coil/condenser combo to replace a 20+ year old Trane system. Decided at the last minute to call them based on Google reviews (they were our 4th estimate) and very glad we did. The experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. Salesperson Chris was knowledgeable and helpful, the price was competitive, and the install crew (Anthony, Steve, Chase, Bill) was efficient and extremely clean. Had a small issue that prevented them from finishing in one day, and they were back ASAP the next morning to troubleshoot and get it done. Shout out to the office too, as they are clearly on top of things, emailing and snail mailing me all documentation, warranty info, etc. Waited a month or so to write this review just in case, and everything seems to be working great with the system. We've been in Memphis for about 20 years now and this was our best experience with an HVAC company—they'll be our go-to company for the future.
Wesley Hall came out to look at A/C unit. He was professional, friendly and very informative. Did a great job.
James Voyles came and did a service call for high humidity readings on my unit. He did an amazing job of confirming and explaining the situation and made great recommendations for a fix. Look forward to working with these folks annually for maintenance and for all my service needs!
Automatic is hands down the best company to do business with. They are honest and their service staff are true professionals. Cameron was at my home today & worked hard to get my AC unit repaired. I was lucky that I had 18 days left on my warranty. I had no idea but Automatic knew & they watched out for me. Next time you need good, reliable, professional service, give them a call. You won't regret!
Hunter was very professional and pleasant on the service call to my mother's house this morning. He changed the disconnect box on the AC compressor. Answered all questions we had with a smile on his face. We appreciate his kindness and expertise. We will being calling on Automatic again soon. He told my brother about a new way to fix plumbing leaks in pipes. My brother was very interested in this new technique.
