James Voyles did an excellent job servicing our heater! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed with making sure the heater units were serviced properly! Freddy, the plumbing technician, also came a few days prior and provided these excellent qualities as well!
Freddy was very thorough and explain things so I could understand.
Cody did an amazing job, automatically put on shoe covers to protect my floors. I truly appreciate his kindness and promptness with showing up within the 30 minute windows so I could get to work!
Wesley was excellent- he came out to service our upstairs unit this morning. He did a great job and was so polite! He even noticed we had gas logs in the fireplace and asked if we knew Automatic also does maintenance on those.
Cody at Automatic has serviced our HVAC both times since purchasing our home this summer and he is always great. Very trustworthy and upfront about what is needed and what work he's doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC work.
Dustin Wood is awesome. Dude came out on the Sunday before Thanksgiving--just an hour after we called--and fixed several leaks from under our sink where water was gushing. Replaced several valves & lines and had us patched up & ready to host friends for dinner in just a couple of hours. Not only knew his stuff, but was also a super friendly guy. Gave me some good tips about maintenance too. Thanks Dustin!
I have been looking for a reputable company that wants to take the time to do a quality job evaluating and servicing both of my HVAC units. I have had very poor service from a variety of other competitors. It stuck out to me when the Automatic van I saw said "since 1943". My downstairs A/C unit was not turning the heat on and the diagnosis came back that the unit needed to be replaced. I wasn't looking forward to the price to replace the unit, but the financing Automatic offered was exceptional. Being reassured when the time came to replace the unit was when several very experienced and professional technicians came to do the install. The lead installer even came and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Cameron came back out when I had questions about how to change the filters in the unit. Thank you to everyone at Automatic! I look forward to to a great working relationship in the future!
Automatic, and their tech James Voyles, will certainly satisfy your every need. These guys are great. I wondered how they could get so many 5 start reviews. I can see why now after they serviced our Heat and AC system yesterday. Expertise and trust. Switch to this company if you have any doubts about who you are using now.
We wouldn't think about using anyone but Automatic Air for our A/C, heating and plumbing problems.
