Automatic is hands down the best company to do business with. They are honest and their service staff are true professionals. Cameron was at my home today & worked hard to get my AC unit repaired. I was lucky that I had 18 days left on my warranty. I had no idea but Automatic knew & they watched out for me. Next time you need good, reliable, professional service, give them a call. You won't regret!
Hunter was very professional and pleasant on the service call to my mother's house this morning. He changed the disconnect box on the AC compressor. Answered all questions we had with a smile on his face. We appreciate his kindness and expertise. We will being calling on Automatic again soon. He told my brother about a new way to fix plumbing leaks in pipes. My brother was very interested in this new technique.

This is the ONLY company I will be using from now on! I called at 6:15 am expecting to leave a message but the owner himself answered! Not only that but he was able to send Cameron over just a few hours later!! I don't know that I've ever called with an issue and received same day service from any other HVAC company. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as ask questions as we do have an older AC unit. He even questioned us about our filters to ensure that we had the appropriate ones in the correct locations. Most service personnel do their job and leave but the gentlemen that work at Automatic go above and beyond expectations every single time so I signed a service contract and am sticking with them.
James came out and performed my annual AC cleaning/service. I feel like he went above and beyond what was required. It's nice to be able to trust your technician without feeling like they are trying to upsell you on an unnecessary service or product. Thanks again James.
