Nice and efficient HVAC guy.
The process was smooth beginning to end. Chris Lewellen (Sales) was thorough and informative. Great customer service every time I called in and Shelby (management I think?) was also super helpful. The installation team led by Robert Rogers were careful in my home and respectful of my property. All in all a super pleasant experience.
Came to hear of them by recommendation and would definitely recommend to others. A++

Called Automatic air on a Wednesday afternoon with my concerns and they sent someone out first thing Thursday (3/11/21) morning. Blayze Matley was professional and honest in his work and judgement. Will definitely be using them for future repairs.
Automatic called me after my A/C unit started reporting terminal shutdown errors. They had someone out the very next morning to investigate. Very impressed at the level of service and that I did not have to call them myself, or have to wait several days to a week for service. Bill Deering is the tech that arrived, and also the service manager. He quickly identified and resolved the issue which was a clogged U-joint and backed up drain. He also went above and beyond to investigate if there were any other unrelated/unreported issues. He found that my reme-halo led unit was no longer working (which was still under warranty). Without any hesitation, he called in to order a new one. He said someone would call me once it arrived to schedule installation, and he would do his best to ensure he came back out himself to install it. Truly loved the personal touch! Maybe I've just had bad luck in the past…but I don't believe I've ever experienced such an excellent level of customer focused service from ANY company ANYWHERE. I strongly and highly recommend Automatic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer dedicated company!!!
