Automatic Heating gave me a good price and came out immediately and installed my new AC and heating units. They were polite and courteous and efficient and did a wonderful job. I also got good financing. I couldn't be happier.

He also took time to answer any questions that I had regarding the unit. I feel like he went the extra step beyond what was required in order to make me, the customer, happy. Automatic Heating and Air were great to work with. Their online estimates were easy to navigate and I appreciate they presented me with multiple options to choose. They were at my house at the scheduled time and their work passed Bartlett inspection the first time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for heat and air work.

Chase, Mike and the rest of the team were phenomenal. Buying an air-conditioning system is a big investment. Their service level was like nothing I had ever experienced. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was optimal and then took great care to explain everything to me. Highly recommend.
