Professional, expedited, courteous !!! They RESCUED us !! Emergent situations never occur at a time that is convenient, but Kris and Chris are a SuperHero duo in Memphis. They took great care of the house and quickly solved our water heater problem. If only every company was as QUALITY as this one!!!
There was a question of invoice and the owner called to speak to me himself. The technician was on time, at the top of the hour of my estimated window and was polite and knowledgeable. They have a new life-long customer.
They was professional and checked there work make sure it was fixed. Will use them for now on.

Replaced my leaking water heater with brand new one. Serviceman (Kris) came around 8AM and gave an estimate and was able to get it installed same day. Its 2PM now and the new hot water heater is already running hot water.

I had two issues with my plumbing and I googled the company's in Memphis and looked at the reviews. And I ended up calling this company out for my second issue. I was not impressed with the first company I called out, they were overpriced and didn't stay out here half the time as this company and the price was outrageous to say the least. I was soooo impressed by this company's thoroughness to get the issue taken care of, their empathy, and kindness, it just overwhelmed me. I was grateful for everything and the reasonable price I tried to tip Bill! He wouldn't accept it which to me showed even more character. I am so impressed I deleted the other plumbing phone number and will be calling this company if ever needing help again. What a great company at a reasonable price! He was also very knowledgeable of his job and honest. It has been really hard to find a trustworthy company as a woman, that's not trying to take advantage of my ill knowledge in the plumbing field. You can trust this company to do the job right at a reasonable price honestly! ????
Great job installing the new water heater. Not too interested in answering questions I had...but did come back later with a reply. Scary moment when there was a loud bang which shook the walls and I thought something was coming thru the ceiling. Wish the technicians would keep the customer abreast on what to expect. Unfortunately I had to ask a few more questions in order to understand what was being done.
