Chase did the annual inspection and maintenance of our air conditioning unit. He was a member of the crew that installed our heating and air conditioning system last year and he remembered us. He arrived on time and was very friendly but also respectful and professional. He explained everything he did and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I will be requesting him when it's time for our heating system maintenance in the fall.
I have been a customer of Automatic Air for over 5 years. They are always extremely professional and work with us on both ongoing maintenance and repairs for Heating, A/C and Plumbing. Blayze Matley was my technician today and he was very polite, courteous and thorough. He answered all my questions and took time to explain the problem with the A/C in detail . Automatic Air's work is always top notch and done in a timely manner. Their technicians go above and beyond in making sure their customers are satisfied. I always recommend this company to everyone I know and today was just another reason for me to continue to do so.
My AC went out recently and while I had two people come out the problem persisted. Then my landlord got Automatic to come out and Cameron was amazing. He was obviously very skilled at what he does, plus he would explain things when I was curious, which was a very pleasant bonus. Not only that, but he was telling me about upkeep for the unit, which in my opinion is above and beyond what he needed to do. If it isn't obvious yet, I would highly recommend this company and Cameron as well for any AC needs.
Great company, from technician (Cameron), to office (Sharon), to management (Shelby). Good people who know that treating folks right at the company also flows to treating customers right. We received a very competitive quote for a complete replacement of one of our HVAC systems. No hard sell for a lot of upgrades like we experienced with another vendor. Install was scheduled within 2 days of contract. The crew was prompt and careful in our home. They completed the work quickly and the install looked great. Follow-up for the required inspection was timely and efficient. Will definitely call Automatic for future needs!
This is my first time using this company and they were so great! Arrived on time and fixed my problem. He was very professional and informed me of the services they provide through the maintenance contracts. I am very pleased.
