Chase is just wonderful! We called him for a weird leak with one of the units. He did a great job troubleshooting and solving the problem. He even did a quick check of all the air filters even though he had just done our bi-annual HVAC checkups and cleanings a couple of months before. We've been using Automatic for just over a year and they are amazing. They've maintained our 100 year old boiler, the regular HVAC units, and installed the most awesome minisplits last summer.
Jared was great. Showed up on time. Did the work and explained what he could and could not do to help. Highly recommend.
The gentlemen that were sent to my residence to repair my outside unit were very professional. They showed up with their valiant steeds and bags on their backs ready to get the job done. I watched as they hoisted the old unit out of it's resting position and strapped it to their steads' back to haul off into the sunset. The job took them all of 30 seconds to complete and I went from living in the awful deserts and back to a somewhat normal existence.
Very good experience. Chase was very friendly and very helpful and informative. And honest.
