James Voyles did a great job on my air appointment
Their technician Daniel is great. He is very knowledgeable and his communication throughout the work he was doing on my A/C System was great. I trusted that he would get the job done!

Such a great interaction with Daniel! What seemed like a difficult situation to fix was indeed fixed with determination and patience. The dogged consideration to leave me in a good place with working air conditioning in this hot summer weather was apparent and appreciated! After all that, the repair was under warranty. Had Robbie and Jeffrey of Automatic HVAC install new AC. They were same as all previous Automatic techs. On time, polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up work. Checked all the boxes. Great job.
What a great experience: Robbie's Team plus Chase and Ryan and Frankie (and others…I think there were about 6-7 workers at our house at one time) were not just great installers, but they were a good crew to get to know. They answered all my questions and were eager to get my input on decisions that had to be made to switch our 1995 system entirely out for a completely new one. And all their work took place on one of the hottest days of the year and they all pushed through to get our AC on and their install completed before they left. Things were swept up and cleaned before they left, both inside and outside the house. We will definitely be keeping Automatic in our address book for other work we need done in the future.

Anthony and Steve were great!! Very professional and nice to work with. They put in my unit and so far I am happy with it. They took time to talk with me about the controls and really took time to clean up and did not leave a mess.
I would recommend Automatic anytime!!
