Trevor was very professional and showed me what was wrong and how he was to fix it. He did his best to prevent any mess. He was concerned about the possibility of mold and contacted a remediation company for us to get the issue resolved quickly.
Excellent service! Fredy found my leak and fixed it. He also cleaned his work area up which was wonderful. I appreciated that he explained everything to me as he was working. Very personable! The price for the repair was also very reasonable so I will be using them again for all of my plumbing needs!

Great service and Great company. Techs were respectful of my property and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and have personally used them to install a new heat and cool system water heater and plumbing work on a bathroom remodel.

Hunter and Blayze came to our house today to check out some puzzling heating and electrical issues we've been experiencing. Not only were they able to figure out the problem, they fixed everything (plus some things we missed) in no time. This is probably the 10th time we've called Automatic for help. We love working with them because they're professional yet friendly, smart yet conversational, efficient yet effective. We hold all service providers to the high bar they set.
Kris and Dustin came out and they got the job done. Me and my autistic son had been without plumbing for about 20 days due to negligence of my leasing company. But that all changed when Automatic sent out Kris and Dustin. They came out and reassured me that they would have everything clear and running before they left and they did just that. I am highly grateful for the both of them and the customer service and communication was outstanding. They both had positive attitudes and they came here to get the job done and they did just that.
