Chase was very professional and one of the nicest service person that I dealt with. But, I have to give your business credit that every one that you have ever sent have been great.
We use Automatic Air for our business and residential HVAC service. They've been AMAZING!!! They recognized issues with my large business HVAC units that several other service providers, as well as multiple expert engineers missed. They were able to correct these issues and my units have never been working so well. Even before that they've provided such great service and a very reasonable rate. They have a very professional, and personable crew. I'm so glad I found this company! Thank you to Chase and team!
Chase repaired the leak on our AC unit as well as serviced all of our heating and air units. He provided quality and friendly service.

Sept. 2022:
Chris Lewellen came out to help us when our AC died suddenly. We want to thank Chris for being such an excellent person to work with. He's that rare type of salesman that really cares and doesn't ever make you feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain our options and share his vast knowledge. He worked with us to quickly find the best system for our house. We knew we were in great hands with a true professional off the bat. Every one at this company has been amazingly helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for going the extra mile, Chris!!! You made a stressful situation much easier than we would have ever hoped for!!!
Feb. 2021:
The team came out to do a sewer scope. Every staffer I've dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. They even impressed our realtor. I would definitely use them for future plumbing and HVAC needs. Kris went the extra mile and the staff that handle the phones are tremendously helpful and kind!
Sam and the business manager Shelby really know their craft. Everyone they have sent to mine and my MIL's home has been punctual and professional. Give automatic a chance if you have any HVAC and plumbing needs.

They were professional and on time. Very knowledgeable However I can't say the same about two of the other businesses They recommended to me for other services. They've got some bad apples in their "network." However this should not reflect on the work that they provided, and I have no complaints. They return calls and they're very polite. They certainly aren't the cheapest but you're going to get what you pay for with them, and you'll know the work is done right.
I called Automatic with an emergency need to have my entire AC system replaced - my existing system was dead! They responded immediately, gave me 4 separate quotes & explained each one, and were able to begin work immediately. The job was huge and hot!! ROBBIE ROGERS & his crew worked tirelessly for a full week removing my old system & installing new ductwork and placing a new unit in my attic. They were prompt, clean, and the most courteous gentlemen I've had in my home in a long time!! They answered all my questions and even came back to lay plywood on the floor in my attic so I could walk safely in my attic. Everything they did was service ABOVE & BEYOND!!!!
My whole experience with this company was fantastic! They were very professional, timely for appointments to install my new AC/Heating system, and always cleaned up after each portion of the job. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC or plumbing issues.
