This company is amazing! If I could rate them higher , I would give them a perfect 10! They walked me through every step from selecting the right unit, to installation, call back in a very timely manner, customer service impeccable, I mean there's not one negative I could find! Booked an appointment on Sunday evening and Wesley had us cooling by 10:30a on Monday morning. Great job by Wesley and the Automatic team.

James Voyles always does a magnificent job!! He is usually the technician who services our AC and boiler. He is always on time, and very pleasant and friendly. He always does a very thorough job. I have been very happy with all services I have received through Automatic Air.

I've owned an electric instant hot water system for quite some time with no issues until lately. I spent days calling numerous companies for service, but none in my area service the electric models, only the gas. As I had exhausted most of my options, I knew this was as much an electric issue as it was a plumbing issue. As I searched companies that serviced both, I found Automatic. I was specific when speaking to the receptionist and she directly connected me to the manager. I explained the dilemma. Again I was told "we don't work on the electric models". Then he says, I got this guy I could send over. He can come right now. He showed up 30 minutes later with a helper. Courteous and professional with a positive attitude. I could sense his confidence. Spent an hour evaluating the issue. Called me later asking to come back over for another look. He explained the issues and options. Made my choices and payed my deposit. Automatic obtained repair parts from the manufacturer within a reasonable timeframe and the tech was over the next morning. The job was finished in not much more than an hour. This company stepped outside their scope of service when no other company would. This was outstanding customer service.
