Hunter and Blayze came to our house today to check out some puzzling heating and electrical issues we've been experiencing. Not only were they able to figure out the problem, they fixed everything (plus some things we missed) in no time. This is probably the 10th time we've called Automatic for help. We love working with them because they're professional yet friendly, smart yet conversational, efficient yet effective. We hold all service providers to the high bar they set.
Kris and Dustin came out and they got the job done. Me and my autistic son had been without plumbing for about 20 days due to negligence of my leasing company. But that all changed when Automatic sent out Kris and Dustin. They came out and reassured me that they would have everything clear and running before they left and they did just that. I am highly grateful for the both of them and the customer service and communication was outstanding. They both had positive attitudes and they came here to get the job done and they did just that. THANK YOU SO MUCH KRIS AND DUSTIN YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME??I would definitely recommend you all to any of my friends and family.

The Automatic technician, Dan, sent to my house was polite and knowledgeable about my thermostat/furnace problem. He initially thought he would have to purchase a part to remedy the situation, but he had a second thought, returned to the funace, spent quite a bit of time, and reported back to me that he had fixed the situation without purchasing a part. I truly appreciate his diligence and his desire to try something else. I wish to advise his superiors of his value as an employee. I hope if I need service again from Automatic, they will send Dan.
