I have used Automatic for many years. They never disappoint. They installed a new A/C system in a 104 year old house with lots of complications and rose to the task each time. Their work is thorough, creative when necessary, and the members of their team are always cordial and professional. I highly recommend them.
Quick response, on time for appointment, very polite technicians, explained everything to me, kept everything clean, careful not to let my cats outside, and overall a good experience. They replaced my air conditioning unit upstairs with a new one.
Exceptional communication by Gary Duncan, Chris Lewellen, Dustin Wood and all of the other guys. I'm sorry I don't remember their names. I was sick from some new medicine I was taking and didn't get out of my recliner the entire day. They were very respectful not to bother me too much.
Automatic installed a new HVAC system today and I can certainly say that if you need anything to do with heating and air call automatic.The lead man on the team Robbie could not have been more thorough, knowledgable and pleasant. These guys know only one way to do the job and that is the right way. Even when they discovered that the existing drain of a second unit that was tied into the unit that was being replaced was not sized properly they re-did the entire line to make it right. They made sure everything was cleaned up, told me how to operate the new thermostat and made sure I was aware of the necessary preventive maintenance before leaving. Absolutely 5 star quality service!
Anthony, Chase and Steve are amazing. They arrived on time. They installed a New inside air unit and outside unit. They were very professional. Worked quietly. They were very knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned their work area and we were very satisfied.

Update: the condenser made it through the hot months but then stopped working. Automatic was quick to respond and replaced the entire outside unit promptly without any fuss. Thank you.
We also had Robbie do some electrical updates. He was professional and things looked good.

The next day Chris came out very promptly and gave us professional quotes on replacement systems. Chris was very honest and we are very satisfied with the visit.
