I used Automatic to install two toilets in the spring. When I awoke this morning to my downstairs heat not working, I gave them a call. They responded earlier than they originally thought. Michael, the tech, spotted what was wrong and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. Definitely considering signing up for their preventive maintenance programs he told me about. Would recommend them for all services they provide.
Frank and Anthony were wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and tried very hard to help us get heat in our house from our boiler system!! Have used them for many years and have always been very pleased with their services !!!!

Mike is a top notch employee. He arrived on time and completed the review and inspection as provided in my contract. He took the time to explain parts of the inspection and also
pointed out frugal use of my thermostat. Additionally he responded to a question
regarding my ac unit. He contacted the Automatic office to be certain I would receive a copy of the annual contract which I will continue based in part on his service. THX Mike and AUTOMATIC!
