We had the pleasure to meet with Sam the owner, who provided us with his recommendations for updating our system. Even though I was skeptical of the higher costing system, Sam took the time to explain the reasons and benefits of the system and the estimated savings on the cost of operation. In the end, I am glad we went with Automatic. The crew was attentive and polite, and minimized the interruption of having the entire system down for as short of period of time while the new components were installed. I highly recommend Automatic for your AC needs.
From the first call, the staff was exceptional! They answered my call promptly and took care of just what I needed. The service crew was prompt and very professional. Automatic came out and showed out these guys are the best. They care about the customer, needed hot water heater and heating work and they knocked them both out the park. Great team of guys from the owner on down. They really are Automatic
