Bill came out and was very sweet. He did a fantastic job. Very pleased with his work.
Jared Lott was punctual, courteous, respectful, and informative. He showed me the camera's view as it went through my sewer line. Another company sent out by First American Home Warranty sent his rooter through and pulled some roots out and told me I had a broken line and needed it replaced. Jared could not find a broken line. He did remove a few more roots and replaced a cap on the city cleanout. The fee charged was very little more than the $85 I paid FAHW. I highly recommend Automatic and especially Jared Lott. Thank you.
