Tech, August Holdridge, showed up on time to do regular maintenance service. He was very friendly and courteous. He informed me what the maintenance entailed and went straight to work. When finished, he let me know that my unit was working well within specs. Great experience.
They have performed several task at my home including dropping/installing two natural gas lines for my appliances, HVAC annual services, replacing an A/C and furnace unit, and replacing a hot water heater. The technicians are ALWAYS polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When it came time to replace the A/C furnace unit, there were no hard sales, they spoke fact, presented options, and allowed me time to research before making a decision. I have referred co-workers who have also used their services.
The team at Automatic is great - they provide a quick Response, they are professional, Knowledgeable, and took virus precautions to keep everyone safe.
I just want to first say thank you to the whole staff at Automatic! The service from my initial phone call to Automatic to the installation of my new furnace and air conditioning unit was top notch professional! Everyone that I dealt with was very personable and professional and made me truly feel that I was the most important customer they had! That also includes the owner of the company who was nice enough to call me to check to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on with the install! That said, I will be recommending Automatic to anyone that crosses my path in need of their services as I was lucky enough for a close friend and his wonderful family to recommend them to me! Money well spent.

Technician AUGUST was my serviceman on recent maintenance call.. He was Very (VERY) professional, and worked in a timely fashion. He kept me up to speed on everything happening with my system, which, fortunately, had no issues. We talked a little about filters and the fact that I need to be more diligent. Great visit from serviceman (and a company) I have trusted to maintain my system for 10 years.
Michael Chandler was a joy to have met. When he arrived, which was early. He introduced hisself, which to me shows professionalism. He had a smile on his face and was ready to work. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and how the procedure would go for our air conditioning maintenance.
I asked him some questions about certain things and he knew how to address my concerns without any hesitation at all, it proves once again, his professionalism.
I was pleased with his service, his punctuality and his great concern for our home and its surroundings.

I have gone through many HVAC companies over the years and this is by far the best in my opinion. Their pricing was well below the other 3 quotes I got from competitors, and they were very professional in the installation and walking me through aspects I might not have even thought about. They didn't push up-sales and even talked me out of some things that I thought I needed when it was apparent it would not help in my setup. They were knowledgeable about any items I asked about and did a wonderful job with the installation. They put down plastic and cleaned up after themselves and all of the work was top notch. They were on time, amazingly even early for most of their appointments, which has not been my experience in the past with other companies. I am working from home currently, and I barely even noticed they were here except for the few times when they needed power tools. It was nice that their quotes had 4 levels of pricing so that you could see the difference and decide on things yourself. It even linked to the units brochures and you could easily find reviews and specifications for any of them. Not to mention it was all electronic, no paper to go look at and lose. Just a simple email with links. One of the other quotes I received just said base unit. When I asked they said they would have to look for what the current base unit was, how is that easy for me to do any research on? I am happy that I happened upon this company as it has been an amazing experience for me, and I will be much more strict in looking at companies for other services I need based on this.

I initially called Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing to come out to help disconnect valves under my vanity. While they were here, I mentioned that there was a leak in my shower that was causing my entire master tile to need to be redone. The technician, Jared, asked if he could check the hot water heater, which was in the attic above the shower. When he checked it, he found that it was bulging and about it split open, as well as leaking. We were on the verge of a major disaster! He and his partner, Chris, came out the very next day to install a new hot water heater for us. They were so professional and kind. They left the house very clean as well. I appreciated that they were also budget friendly when I was shocked at the initial issue at hand. I will definitely use Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing again!
