Wesley did a fantastic job servicing our ac unit. He takes his time and does it right.
I had them come out to do preventative maintenance on both of our AC units (cleaning, capacitor check, etc). James and Wes were prompt, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely use them again!

Automatic came through, Chris came out and explained all my options. He was professional and knowledgeable about all systems. Robbie and another guy came out a couple days later, on time btw. Robbie said that they would probably be here 8-3 and he nailed it. There cleanup was spot on as well. Very happy with new hvhc. Automatic is definitely a 5 star!!!
The Automatic Team did a great job installing a new evaporator coil on my system. Once summer is over I look forward to doing business with them to upgrade the furnace!!
We experienced main sewer line issues last week, and since we already use Automatic for HVAC services, they were who I thought of to call. Dustin Wood came out after hours, assessed the matter, and cabled the line, and restored our system to flowing and draining properly. He suggested getting a camera into the line but didn't force or push selling a service we might not need. He was extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will probably request Dustin specifically for addressing any future plumbing issues.
