Our heater wasn't blowing hot air anymore and we needed a yearly checkup on our complete system. Bill came out and got our heater working and checked on our air conditioner. The experience was super friendly service and years of experience. So glad we chose Automatic for our heating and air needs!

Although I feel silly, because as it turned out, all our remote controlled gas fire place logs needed was new batteries. Yes, I had changed my batteries in the remote control, but I did not know that there was a master control unit attached to the logs that also needed new batteries. The service man immediately identified the problem, & everything works perfectly. We were pleased when our gas logs were installed by Automatic Air two years ago, & we are pleased with today’s service call.
