These gentlemen are next-level, skilled, ingenuous people with compassionate hearts.
This review covers the boiler replacement for my elderly mother's ANCIENT system that died just before bitter cold set in.
Chris, Bill D., Anthony, Geoffrey, Tristan, and VihnI make a formidable team. They worked tirelessly on this job for 2 days straight - even when it looked like they'd hit a dead end and we all decided to give up; they were leaving and came back with a long-shot idea that ended up working and saving the day. We appreciated that they took the time to explain everything along the way and answered all of our (many) questions with knowledge and respect. This old system presented lots of unforeseen issues, but they were resolved and ultimately successful. At one point long after dark there were 5 service trucks in front of her tiny, old house.
There's a part still-due that they promised to get installed on the Monday before Christmas and I'm confident it will be taken care of. In addition to the excellent service and installation of the system, Bill D reassured my mother that she should call him if anything came up and they'd ensure someone someone got out to her (even though it's the Christmas holiday week).
I'm grateful beyond words to God, and the good men at Automatic for spreading light (and WARMTH) this Christmas season.

Automatic has helped out my family multiple times with plumbing issues. Very fair, very informative and very effective! They will only do what's needed and charge a quite reasonable price. Kris and Trevor were my most recent technicians and they were above and beyond helpful!

Just had fall maintenance on my HVAC unit. Daniel Bautista was the technician and he did a great job: explained what he would be doing, answered all of my questions, and gave me feedback on the condition of my system. I appreciate that he was pleasant and professional. He provided the quality service that I have come to expect from Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing.
I recently had another company come out to my home to check out my winter ahead?
When they came down they told me I had a serious situation and would probably need a new system! the salesman came out right away (Im not surprised!) and told me I needed a larger furnace, and a new AC; since mine were old and damaged, perhaps CO2 could come and I wouldn't be aware…"you're kidding!"…as they quoted me an enormous! FAINTING HERE!!
So I decided to call Automatic and they sent out, Chris Lewellen, a sales consultant, he inspected the attic etc and said,"lets see what-we can do about all this", spoke with my son and together they thought that I should have another man come out to confer what he was thinking….Chris was wonderful and put me into a calmer state of mind..so this morning another TOP young man,
Blayze Matley, (adorable and removed his boots from the rain) came out, no charge for the 2nd inspection and told me everything that the other company told me, DID NOT EXSIST, THAT ALL WAS WELL AND MY FURNACE AND AC were in good shape..except I do need a fuse box by the Ac replaced , as it was badly rusted,
Okay,, i loved these men,, im richer by far and going to have this truthful company be my guys! Spring and fall and come put in the new box..not a new furnace and AC!!

these guys were GREAT! Had crazy quotes from another place..said bathrooms had to be gutted to get to the shower pipes..these guys came out to a really bad living situation and got my friends life back in a day and a half, not months, like some others said. Nice nice guys, office people are great...very thanful
