Anthony and Steve paid attention to every detail and kept me fully performed as they installed my new Central AC unit. I am very happy with the service I received!
Robbie and Jeffrey did a fantastic job installing a new Carrier heating and ac units. They explained what they were going to do and even talked me about having to put in another return vent. Got my thoughts on where it should go. Went over the system with me and explained the ins and outs of the unit. Highly recommend Automatic Heating and Air.
James Voyles came in and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a temporary solution, told me that Automatic would give me a call to discuss the part And allow me to to ask several questions. I did not feel as he was rushing And I appreciate it the Grace showed with all of the questions that I asked. I look forward to becoming a repeat customer.
Had my AC unit cleaned today by Service Technician James Voyles. James greeted me and explained all services performed. He was through and did rush. Received great service as usual. I highly recommend Automatic for all HVAC services

Automatic plumbing has resolved several issues for me in an older home, always reliable and cost effective. Dustin arrived early, resolved my sink drainage issue, & provided proactive tips to prevent future problems. You guys rock!
I 'inherited' this company when I bought my house in Collierville as the owner was friends with the former owner…that was 5 years ago. They have done an excellent job. Cameron E. Usually comes to my house for the check ups. He's a stellar repairman in every way. I highly recommend them. Haven't replaced a system yet but when I do, they'll get my business.
James Voyles came to do a maintenance check on my air conditioner. He cleaned the outside and changed my filter inside. He went above and beyond as he also killed the wasp nest we had in our unit and around. He also fixed a leaking hose I had outside. I couldn't ask for a nicer guy or better service. I will be requesting him again in the fall for my winter checkup.
