I have had good experiences with Auto Htg & Air for many years. When I lived in Germantown, they installed new, dual Htg & A/C. Now that I live in Olive Branch, I called them when my old A/C went bad. They did an excellent installation. Today, Wes Hall came to do my summertime inspection and cleaning. Wes was qualified, friendly and on-time. It is important to have your A/C inspected and cleaned on a regular schedule. The A/C will have fewer problems and have a longer life span. Very important in the hot summertime.

He diagnosed the problem, gave me a temporary solution, told me that Automatic would give me a call to discuss the part And allow me to to ask several questions. I did not feel as he was rushing And I appreciate it the Grace showed with all of the questions that I asked. I look forward to becoming a repeat customer.
