Experience with Automatic Air was superb. Explained to me basics of how the unit works, preventative maintenance tips, etc. And didn't try and sell me more than what was necessary.

For those who like their house to stay in same clean condition after the services done these are your guys! Great approach, very fair priced, down to earth owner and great service installers!!! Did a great job installing 2 new heating units, adding small things here and there. Used for plumping services as well,, happy with all services so far. Some management personnel could have a bit of training though, sorry, being truthful.
Overall, would say 5 our of 5! Will definitely use in the future and keep recommending to friends and colleagues! Very happy with!
I have used Automatic for my home on multiple occasions. First for some minor repairs and service, and then for a complete upgrade to my home HVAC system, and replacement of my hot water heater. In every instance, they have been quick, on time, professional and thorough. After 6 years, and multiple calls, I've never had an issue, or had to call them back. They have even repaired a leak in my water meter when the city couldn't get out fast enough. Amazing people.
I only used this business because of Ghris Stowe's professionalism and above average fairness and integrity. He is knowledgeable about his craft and easy to talk with. Thank you for sending him to complete an efficient and quick service.
Btw, my hesitation for using this business is because I felt that it was highly priced.

The assessment was done Thur 27th. Due to excessive corrosion and leakage and an upcoming Memorial Day holiday, they determined that my situation was an emergency and did not want to delay replacement over the long holiday weekend. The heater was replaced next day, Fri 28th. The two man crew was great. They knew what they had to do and did it in a professional manner.
